When purchasing from any of our bars, cafés, restaurants or bottle shops present your membership card and let staff know you’d like to pay using your Star Rewards Points.
- 100 points = $1 cash

Star Rewards FAQ
You can check your Star Rewards Points and Tier Credits balances at any time by:
• Swiping your membership card at the Star Rewards Kiosk
• Inserting your membership card into a gaming machine
• Asking our friendly team members
Your level is determined by the amount of Tier Credits you have earned in the last six months. As you use your card for gaming play or purchases around the club, you’ll progress towards the next rewards level.
All members begin at the base level, Hercules. You can check your level at any time via the Star Rewards kiosk.
Once you reach the required Tier Credits, you will automatically move up to the next level. You can then start enjoying new rewards of that level straight away!
Once you reach a new rewards level, you are then guaranteed to remain in that level until the next review date.
Reviews are conducted on the 1st February, 1st May, 1st August and 1st November, based on your Tier Credits balance.
Star Rewards Points are valid until 30th June each year. Any points not redeemed by this date will expire. Star Rewards Points for members in the Aquila and Pegasus levels do not expire.
Tier Credits expire are valid for six months from the date you earn them. Tier Credits older than six months will expire on the 1st of each month.
